Los Cabos - Map & Area Information
Located at the extreme southern tip of the 1,000 mile long Baja California Peninsula of Mexico, “Los Cabos” is comprised of many small communities, including the well known tourist destinations of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
Both of these communities have distinctly different personalities although situated only 17 miles apart.
San José del Cabo
Offers you tranquility and old world charm, wonderful gift shops showing the art of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, fishing, golf and all the nighttime action you need. All of this at a more relaxed pace than Cabo San Lucas.
San José del Cabo is the location of our international airport, and gateway to both the “East Cape” and Cabo San Lucas areas.
Cabo San Lucas
A diverse community that attracts a younger crowd wanting to have fun. There are night clubs, bars, restaurants, fishing, tours and almost everything to challenge the imagination. There is a large marina in Cabo San Lucas if you are planning to come by boat.
